Call for participation

The workshop offers an investigation about the relationship between our space-body, the space that surrounds us and the objects that inhabit our daily life. We compose continuous physical song with the body and we are constantly in spatial relationship with the world. Through physical work we will make our body ready to build actions by awakening the necessary awareness in order to have a good relationship to what is around us.

• To achieve this result, each participant will be asked to bring an object of daily use with them.
• The workshop will take place in Gorizia, at the “Giuseppe Verdi” municipal theatre, via Garibaldi 2 / A from 3 to 7 December 2021, for a total of 20 hours, and will be aimed at European citizens of any age up to a maximum of 15 participants, dancers and not.
• The activity may be oriented towards the creation of a final performance involving the entire group of participants.
• The workshop will be directed by Balletto Civile with Alessandro Pallecchi, Giulia Spattini and Maurizio Camilli; the visual artist Franco Hüller  and the photographer Kaciaryna Pikirenia  from Prague will take part in the work.
• The participation is free of cost
• For registration a motivational letter and a short curriculum vitae are required.

The deadline for subscription is 12.00 a.m. the 26th November, 2021. The CTA project managers will assess the candidate’s motivations, skills and experiences derived from the curriculum at their sole discretion and they will communicate the results of the assessment to those admitted and not admitted.
